Chief of Staff

Mission

As Chief of Staff you will participate in the startup scalability during its growth phase.

• Position yourself as the internal relay of the CEO and more broadly of the management, in a structuring process
• Assist the CEO in managing internal and external relations, recommends and deploys the right tools and assists in decision making
• Bring a critical eye to strategic and operational decisions and challenge them
• Steer and drive the company's overall performance : monitoring and analysis of key KPIs
• Identify the blocking points and possible bread points

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business or engineering school or equivalent
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a GreenTech/BuildTech or environment-related field
• Consulting experience is a plus
• Strong interest in the startup world

Skills

• Good interpersonal skills and a liking for teamwork
• Strong analytical skills, strong ability to synthesize
• Strong capacity of synthesis
• Entrepreneurial spirit
