As the company's first Head of Marketing, you will manage the department and actively participate in its operational management:

  • Actively participate in the development of the marketing strategy for the French market, in direct collaboration with the cofounders.
  • Deploy an efficient lead generation strategy to promote the brand to SMB targets in the construction industry and support the sales team.
  • Understand the operational issues and be hands-on.
  • Implement an efficient marketing automation strategy that will facilitate users self-boarding.
  • Be data focused : create and use data-driven business management tools to facilitate decision making and minimize risks.
  • Recruit and manage your team.


  • 8 to 12 years experience in marketing.
  • You are used to working hands in hands with the sales team to bring them qualified leads.
  • Strong knowledge of the different acquisition channels.
  • Already worked with SMB targets, in technical environments.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).


  • Leadership skills.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, thorough, data-driven.
  • Intrapreneurial spirit : you are able to build a lead generation machine from scratch and you want to grow with the company.
