We’re looking for a late founder CRO / Head of Sales for an early stage HRTech startup with the mission to open the first large accounts and launch the client acquisition activities.

The solution potential is proven with the first few clients signed and early traction. The startup is also backed by HRTech investors. This is now about accelerating sales and revenue growth.

You will be in charge of the end-end Client Acquisition / Revenue Generation activities (lead gen, prospecting, account opening & management…) and future management of the sales team.

Your initial focus will be on Business Development & Account Management to acquire other large clients:

  • Define & deploy the sales strategy (territory planning, pricing etc.)
  • Define & deploy the lead generation strategy and run the lead gen activities (growth & acquisition efforts, prospecting…)
  • Generate leads and handle the end-end sales process from prospecting to closing (long sales cycle) to meet business objectives
  • Close large cap/enterprise accounts

After the initial phase, you’ll be in charge of recruiting the first sales team members:

  • Recruit and manage the Sales & Account Management team
  • Deploy sales best practices & structure processes… (cross-sell, up-sell…)
  • Pilot the Revenue generation activities


First month:

  • Sales strategy defined
  • Lead gen processes deployed at scale (target: 5 new qualified Entrerprise leads min per week)
  • Sales materials developed
  • 10 first client meetings

3 month:

  • First enterprise accounts opened (1 minimum but aiming higher!)
  • Lead gen increased to 10 new qualified leads per week

6 month:

  • Minimum of 3 accounts opened


  • You’ve studied at a top business school (top 10 French)
  • 10 years of experience in Sales B2B SaaS, selling to large corporations as an early-stage startup (ideally C-level HR), complex & long sales cycles
  • Some experience defining & deploying Growth & Acquisition techniques (automated campaigns, SEO…)
  • Experience in early stage startups & scaleups, in tech & HR
  • Experience structuring & leading sales teams, managing team P&L…
  • Fluent in French & English
