Key facts : Cette startup montée en 2021 par des anciens de l’écosystème FinTech, a construit une équipe d'une cinquantaine de personnes, signé les plusieurs clients (et pas des moindres !) et levé 15M € en seed !
Role
You will be part of the Growth team and report directly to the VP of Growth.
As the first Partnership Manager, they seek a highly driven individual with high curiosity to lead their partnership efforts within the European fintech ecosystem and build its partnership organisation. The primary accountability of this role is the development of strategies and relationships for both referral and resell (sales & technology partnerships) to grow revenue and market presence for this startup across Europe.
Mission
As a leader in the Growth organisation, your responsibilities will include:
- Ecosystem mapping: Developing and owning a structured view of the startup's ecosystem, including Core Banking Providers, Consultants, and Experts
- GTM prioritisation: Identifying and prioritising product, marketing, and commercial partnership opportunities for the next 6/12/18 months
- Awareness: Creating awareness of the startup in their partner ecosystem and within their partner’s organisations by collaborating with their marketing team on awareness campaigns, including content, paid media and events
- Partner education: Supporting training and enablement internally and with partners through structured engagement plans and the right materials working with their Product Marketing team
- Co-sales programs: Leading partner co-sales by designing and managing compelling commercial programs creating win-win-win situations for the company, its partners, and their customers
- Referral to sales: Working collaboratively with the sales team to transform partner referrals into meaningful deals
- Co-marketing programs: Creating outstanding co-marketing activations with the marketing team to create joint awareness of the value created by for the company and its partners
While their products are technical, this role does not require a technical background. Above all, they seek an individual with a winning mix of curiosity, creativity, and genuine interest in becoming an expert in the payments ecosystem.
Qualification
- At least 3-5 years of relevant partnerships experience (ideally in fintech or consulting), both building new partnerships and managing existing ones
- You are very curious, especially about the payment space
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience working on go-to-market for a B2B software company is a plus

- Persuasive communicator with the ability to engage partners and structure commercial partnership
- Strong communication skills and a gift for taking complex issues or technical products and making them easy to understand and engage with
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects and ability to flourish in an ambiguous and fast-paced startup environment
