MISSION

As an excellent sales and problem-solver, you will structure the sales department and lead the team to build the pipeline and achieve ambitious objectives.

OUTCOMES

  • Take charge of both Parisian business units’ (North & South) sales team composed of 10 to 15 people
  • Manage the team’s performance and build a strong acquisition strategy
  • Take strategic decisions and structure the sales team (allocate pipeline, define objectives, set up efficient processes etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Around 8 years experience in the Food industry as Head of Sales, Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Excellent sales closer
  • Extensive experience in managing a sales team
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, tips & tricks
  • Data and KPI’s driven – ability to have a strategic vision
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Positive “can do” attitude and growth mindset
