MISSION 

As a Customer Care Manager, you will be :

  • Managing a team of customer representatives (15+)
  • Providing all customers with an outstanding customer experience
  • Working closely with Tech team to identify bugs

OUTCOMES 

Therefore, the ideal candidate will : 

  • Manage and resolve daily client tickets alongside his/her team
  • Ensure that clients questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly
  • Report, analyze and resolve system, clients and operational issues that impact service quality
  • Work independently to master emailing best practices as well as platforms and tools offered to customers

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5+ years experience in acustomer care role of a structured organization
  • A team management track record (up to 10 persons)
  • Goodverbal and written communication skills both in French and English
  • A highly organized professional who is self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused

NICE TO HAVE

A truemanager and team player willing to roll-up his/her sleeves and lend a hand when needed
