Create and develop lead generation campaigns towards customers and candidates prospects through all relevant channels (SEA & SEO, inbound marketing);
Develop online community management;
Implement and optimize a nurturing plan to feed leads, existing customers and candidates;
Experiment and test constantly to identify and refine acquisition channels, based on conversion rate and leads quality;
Build, own and share KPIs reporting;
Animate candidate and customers community (talk, events..).
Report to the CMO.
Today, we are building an impactful brand platform that will boost our activity. We are looking for our Growth Marketing Manager to structure and help drive our acquisition channels and efforts, web traffic, A/B testing, and demand generation. We are looking for a “full-stack” marketer, ideally someone who likes learning, testing, and scaling bootstrapped tactics.
Working alongside the CMO, you will help structure the digital marketing efforts and convey our vision.
Sharp, analytical mind;
At least 3 years of experience;
Experience with Webanalytics tools especially Google Analytics;
Experience with Inbound Marketing Software like Hubspot;
Proficiency in Excel;
- Skills in data manipulation languages (ex. SQL, BigQuery, R, Python);
