MISSION

The Head of Offer is responsible of the meals and products proposed each day by the company. 

OUTCOMES

  • Regarding the Offer :
    • Determine recipes depending on season and trends
    • Taste and adjust recipes
    • Continuous quality control of the range
    • Create meals adapted to all categories of users of the service
  • Regarding Partnerships :
    • Potential partners sourcing
    • Creation of a canvas of partner restaurants with recognized local brands
    • Taste and continuous quality control of the products
    • Strong partnerships planning (chefs, bloggers, dietitians …)
  • Regarding Data
    • Work hand to hand with data and customer relationship teams to analyze and adjust meals and products 
    • Analyze daily and weekly, local and national sales / measuring menus’ attractiveness
    • Advise Operation team for adjusting orders forecast depending on menus, meals and products attractiveness 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 to 5 years of culinary practice trainings, research and development officer in food sector, Business school or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a first range company of the foodtech or food sector

SKILLS

  • Notions of merchandising for the creation of smart menus 
  • Conscious of production constraints and business costs
  • Business and sales skills
  • Innovative, passionate, autonomous
  • Good knowledge of the start-up ecosystem
