MISSION

As the Head of Operations you will have to establish and execute a clear strategy to reach four objectives :

  • Maintain a great relationship with all our partners

  • Standardize the quality of the teaching of our partners. They are the first interlocutors of our clients therefore the first drivers of the quality of our service. By working with them you are in the heart of the customer relationship

  • Participate to the balancing between supply and demand : all candidates should find a trainer near them. You contribute to recruiting the supply by collecting from our trainer portfolio all the necessary information to anticipate the network growth. By permitting to our clients to have access to driving lessons wherever they are, you have a deep impact on the turnover growth of the society.

  • Supply the Product vision to permit the company to develop better education tools for the trainers.

Your team is in charge of improving quality standards of all our operations.

You will work to centralize all the processes and advise the foreign teams on how they can execute their processes more efficiently. Your main goal is to create efficiency, improve quality and automatize the more you can.

What you will concretely do :  

  • Vision and strategy : Setting up the vision, objectives and strategy of the team. Define its structure and needs. Execute its strategy by rapidly producing results in a fast growth environment.

  • Management : Managing the existing team of account managers in charge of the trainers relationship (4 people). Recruiting talents to reach our growth objectives.

  • Production : Defining, structuring and leading all the daily operational activities.

  • Data : identifying the operational weaknesses and lacks by analyzing all the aspects of the data.

  • Process-design : Creating and optimizing processes with the help of a project manager

  • Culture : Give the team an ambitious mindset to develop a strong continuous improvement culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banks, marketing or operational management

  • Strong skills in managing people, confirmed experience in management

  • Analytic thoughts, you are data driven and have a strong business judgment

  • Creative approach, aiming solutions and reaching goals

  • Solid skills in interpersonal relations, capable of establishing and managing relations with the team and the partners

  • You have an experience in recruitment. You know how to find talents and how to convince them to join you.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Leadership by example : capable of motivating, inspiring and creating a positive workplace

  • Excellent academic background
