Therefore, the ideal candidate will: 

  • Build the recruitment plan and strategy with the management team
  • Create and Set up the recruitment process
  • Get himself constantly up to date on the latest recruitment & employer branding trends & tools
  • Identify, qualify and attract the best talents for all the teams (sales, engineering, product, support, project management, operations, G&A)
  • Provide the best experience to every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome
  • Drive the offer extension and negotiation process in coordination with operational teams and HR
  • Develop every possible acquisition channels, building the employer brand for better inbound or relying on the current team network for referrals
  • Hire, manage and inspire a team of talent acquisition managers


  • 5+ years experience in a recruitment role of a fast-growing tech company or in a HR department of a structured organization
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills both in French and English
  • A highly organized professional who is self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused


A true team player willing to roll-up his/her sleeves and lend a hand when needed
