Within the Partnership Sales Team of the Creator Program, build a sales team and drive its activity in different countries such as France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, or Spain.



  • Build a team from scratch in order to scale 
  • Manage an international team distributed in different countries 
  • Follow and monitor the country performance using intern and extern tools, sales reports…
  • Be a coach and grow your talents team, encourage them to achieve their goals
  • Ensure a continuous improvement process and propose solutions
  • Make the link between the different national teams but also with the American team


  • 10 years of experience in Sales or Business development 
  • Strong track record in managing international and remote sales teams 
  • Be very proactive
  • Have a global vision of the sales activity (coordination, negotiation, account management…) 
  • Experienced in new business (opportunity detection, sales launching…)

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

  • Able to easily create links stakeholders, particularly in the entertainment industry
