MISSION

To guide the clients on the coordination and deployment of their projects, follow their usage and identify new opportunities for additional needs

OUTCOMES

  • Manage the implementation process for a portfolio of Enterprise clients, from initial handover to active usage
  • Match the customers with the coaches from the community that will best fit their needs
  • Proactively engage the users on their usage behaviour, ensuring they benefit from a successful experience
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders to measure the usage and the impact of programs
  • Contribute to improve the solution by collecting customer feedback on their usage and demands
  • Monitor customer engagement through their credit consumption, and engage with them to guarantee the program efficiency
  • Proactively identify usage habits and emerging needs to guarantee accounts renewal and prevent churn
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the Account Executive team to win them

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years relevant experience in a similar role, in a B2B environment
  • 2 years of practical experience in client-facing roles
  • Prior CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot or similar)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)

  • Very good oral and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize and organize your work
  • Skilled to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • Willingness to provide the best customer service
