To handle the development and continuous improvement of all the content built around the product


  • Create an efficient content strategy to improve inbound and outbound communication 
  • Work on website pages, marketing content, to product copy, in a way that resonates with the customers
  • Acquire a deep understanding of users needs or lack of product understanding
  • Analyze the market in order to best communicate on the products’ features and their added value
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Growth and Product teams on delivery and product launches strategies 
  • Improve the sales cycle by creating efficient tools and processes
  • Collect actionable prospects and customers feedback from the Sales and CSM teams that Product teams can leverage in the Product Roadmap


  • 4+ years of experience in BtoB 
  • Used to building value in competitive situations 
  • Enjoy working on products that require curiosity
  • Prior experience in a tech BtoB context
