MISSION

You will be responsible for building and managing the firm’s People and Culture team. As Head of People you will help build world class company by recruiting and retaining the world’s most talented people from across the globe, in a hyper-growth context.

 

OUTCOMES

  • Oversee development, execution, and delivery of the company-wide people strategy (including managing HR and recruiting)
  • Source and recruit world class talent across the world (The scale-up currently operates in Italy, France, Germany, Ireland and Australia)
  • Be an ambassador for all values linked subjects helping to reinforce these as the team grows
  • Refine and execute compensation planning and employee benefits strategy
  • Lead the People Team to improve and streamline employee lifecycle processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, termination, and ongoing manager and employee training initiatives
  • Oversee the management and improvement of our HR systems and processes to enable organizational scale, optimize the employee experience, and minimize HR risk
  • Drive with the Legal department and outside counsel all employee-related legal and compliance issues including managing risk surrounding termination

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Scale experience or ability to support what it generates in terms of organizational instability, emotional investment and difficulties
  • Managed the recruitment of over 50 people
  • Ability to embrace and manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Digital native (Google Business Apps and other cloud platforms)
  • Perfect written and spoken English
