MISSION

To scale the commercial activity by driving and structuring the french sales team.

OUTCOMES

  • Define and implement effective client acquisition strategies, working closely with our Marketing team.
  • Oversee strategy and execution of the entire sales funnel 
  • Report and analyze the area commercial performance to the direction
  • Structure and grow the sales department to support the scale : recruitment, onboarding, training, retention…
  • Develop a top-performing Sales department. 
  • Set and monitor KPIs as well as the individual and collective objectives
  • Design and implement continuous improvements to your sales pitch, tools and processes, in collaboration with the Marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Perfect knowledge of the retail market in France 
  • Skills in finances are a nice to have
  • Ability to embrace and manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong track record in management 
  • Perfect written and spoken English
