MISSION

Following their hyper growth, they are looking for a Talent Manager who will recruit 10top players in the next 6 months and create the best environment to help the company jump to the next level.

Your main missions :

● Structure recruitment processes

● Build and develop an outstanding employer brand to attract the best candidates

● Ensure people development and talent retention

● Spread company culture & values

● Manage the candidate relationship during the whole process and achieve an excellent candidate experience for the overall process;

● Structure and develop a referral process;

QUALIFICATIONS

● French, English

● 2-4yearsof working experience in a digital ecosystem

● Knowledge of legal considerations in recruitment (including non-discrimination and GDPR)

● Highly organized, fun to work with, honest and transparent, excited to work hard in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

● no need to be a gaming expertbut a taste for it is a plus
