Within the People Team, build a Talent Acquisition organisation to recruit the best talents in EMEA (cross functions) and deliver best in class candidate experience.
- Manage a team of 20+ recruiters
- Define and implement Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Optimize and standardize hiring processes and time to hire
- Train hiring managers on all Talent Acquisition best practices
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house and/or agencies)
- Strong track record in hiring internationally
- Experience in managing international and remote teams
- Fluent in English

- Able to easily create links stakeholders, particularly in the entertainment industry
