Chief of Staff (H/F)

MISSION

As Chief of Staff you will work hand in hand with the founders to ensure daily operations are running smoothly. Above all you will guarantee visibility on the advancement of technical projects but you will also make sure the job is done on the finance and HR side. More specifically you will focus on :

• Applying the lean approach to all company projects
• Maintaining visibility on all tasks (finance, marketing, ecosystem, tech) in Notion and GitHub Project.
• Drive continuous improvement of teams.
• Organizing and preparing the company’s physical presence at ecosystem events
• Addressing HR needs
• Liaising with the part-time CFO and the accounting firm to make sure finances are on track
• Leveraging generated knowledge (technical, marketing, ecosystem) for marketing purposes (producing articles, notes, etc.).
• In the absence of a CMO, organize marketing efforts and presence on social media (Twitter, Discord, Farcaster).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in project management or similar function (tech company, tech consulting firm)
• Top level academic qualifications (business school or engineering school)
• Understanding of the lean methodology
• Fluent in english

REMUNERATION

• Competitive package (between 65K€ and 85K€ depending on experience)
• Possibility to travel often for conferences (at least 4 times a year)
